Importance of Downloads

Agency Matrix has developed the technology to take a CSV file and convert it to an AL3 file. Now, companies that do not offer downloads through an AL3 file can now offer downloads using a simple CSV file.

Importance of Automation

With the automated marketing feature you can automatically send out Letters, Emails and Text to remind people of an upcoming renewal, a due date, or wish your customer a Happy Birthday. Automated marketing also allows you to set up work flows to remind employees to handle certain task the minute a certain activity happens. It's like having a full time employee doing all the things that you may not be doing.

Automated Workflow

By using automated work flows the system will automatically assign task to employees after an action happens in the system. For instance, someone adds a new home owners policy into Agency Matrix, the system automatically assigns a task to a particular user to go to the home and take photos. This helps to save time and to make sure things do not fall through the cracks.
